Potato casserole with mushrooms is a very tasty dish. It is often made from champignons, as these mushrooms have a delicate taste, are the most affordable, and they can be bought at the store without any problems.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
When buying champignons, pay attention that they are fresh. These mushrooms should have a white color without spots and dents on the hat. Before cooking, they need to be washed and cleaned.
Important! If forest mushrooms are used for cooking, not store mushrooms, then they should be more thoroughly washed and cleaned of debris and earth.
