Balsamic aging starts from three years. But this, according to Alla Plachkova, is only a theoretical minimum. After all, there are lots of vinegar aged over a hundred years.
“Our Bessarabiko vinegar matures in barrels of different types of wood,” winemakers proudly boast. - The cooking technology is approved and documented at the state level. It took us more than a year to do all the preparatory work and the collection of documents. But now we are looking forward to the moment when we can please Ukrainian gourmets with our wonderful balsamic! ”
