Sergei Dankvert, who heads the Rosselkhoznadzor, will meet next week with representatives of the Main Directorate of the Belarusian State Inspectorate for seed production, quarantine and plant protection. It is known that the meeting will be devoted to the repeated facts of the import into the territory of the Russian Federation of products that fall under the existing sanctions.
It is known that the Belarusian side supplies the phytosanitary certificates of conformity prohibited on the territory of Russia directly. Based on these facts, the Rosselkhoznadzor officials accused Belarus of not taking the necessary measures to prevent sanctioned products from entering the Russian market.
According to Sergey Dankvert and his colleagues, the agency entrusted to him was forced to come close to a serious consideration of the situation related to direct deliveries of regulated goods made by workers from the countries of the so-called third world through checkpoints located on the Russian part of the external contour of the Eurasian Economic Union.
We also add that during the meeting of the Rosselkhoznadzor employees with the Belarusian side, a meeting will also be held with members of the Eurasian Economic Commission, employees of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and experts of the Russian Federal Customs Service.
