Employees of the largest holding “Arsib-Agro”, which is part of the Arsib corporation and specializes in development and agricultural development, report that in the next five years, five will be built and put into operation in the Sverdlovsk region, as well as in the suburbs of Tyumen innovative dairy farms.
New facilities will be able to accommodate thousands of cows - each farm is planned to provide 1800 cows. It is noted that all five enterprises will be fully prepared for full-fledged work until the beginning of 2024.
According to the head of “Arsib-Agro” Sergo Stepanyan, the first steps in the construction of new complexes will be taken soon, this year. The first farm will appear in the vast Tyumen region, in the Yalutorovsky district.As part of the meeting of the Tyumen Oblast Regional Duma Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations, Stepanyan informed the assessors that the project for the Yalutorovsky District had passed all the necessary approvals and expertise and that the issue of financing the construction program was being decided. The next farms would be built in Zavodoukovsky District and Omutinsky.
Farms will appear in the Sverdlovsk region, where the holding has land assets in the form of 10 thousand hectares. The total area of all territories that Arsib-Agro intends to allocate for the construction of farms is 45 thousand hectares.
