Members of the Federation Council on agricultural policy gave farmers the opportunity to insure their property and crops on more loyal terms.

“We decided to abandon the minimum insurance threshold,” said members of the Federation Council who accepted the project. - In addition, we have expanded the scope of the agricultural insurance franchise. And the list of adverse events, risks and dangers has also been significantly increased. Among other innovations, farmers can obtain insurance in case of damage to the crop as a result of adverse weather conditions. ”

According to some senators, in the immediate plans of the Federation Council is a struggle for the right of farmers to insure individual fields.
