In the Kirovograd region, arrested raiders, entrepreneurs who tried to seize the agricultural enterprise, the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Kirovograd region said.

Two heads of private enterprises tried to pay a bribe to the state registrar in the amount of $ 5,000 for registering actions regarding the change in the composition of the founders and the re-election of the head of the agricultural cooperative. The purpose of such actions was the illegal capture of the cooperative. The above persons were detained red-handed in the office of the official.

Another person involved in this case, who turned out to be an individual, was detained a little later. All persons involved in the case are suspected of committing an offense, which is provided for in Part 3 of Article 369 (offer, promise or unlawful benefit to an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The investigating judge of the Leninsky district court examined the petition of the prosecutor’s office to select a preventive measure in respect of three persons involved in the case of unlawful seizure of property of one of the agricultural enterprises of the region, which occurred on July 12, 2019.

The prosecutor's office of the Kirovograd region in his application demanded that all criminals be given a preventive measure in the form of arrest. But the court did not agree with the procedural prosecutor and imposed a preventive measure on all three offenders in the form of round-the-clock house arrest.

The prosecutor intends to appeal to the appropriate court. Now there is a process of pre-trial investigation.
