- Knead the dough again, cut off half of which a 5 mm thick flat cake should be rolled. Put it on the form, forming the sides.
- Grease a flat cake with cream sauce, put mushrooms and sausage on top. Break the mozzarella into small pieces and lay on top of the workpiece.
