- Drain the liquid into a jar, and then add hot water to the very edges of the neck.
- Put a piece of cloth at the bottom of the pan, place a jar on it.
- Pour so much water into the pan so that it reaches the neck of the jar, and drop the lid for seaming into the liquid.
- Cover the pan with a lid and after boiling water, detect 20 minutes.
- After this time, remove the jar with a lid from the pan and roll it up.
