Helminths or worms are parasites that penetrate the human body (mainly through the digestive organs) and poison it with metabolic and decay products. They cause great harm to the liver, muscles, brain, eyes, bile ducts, provoking many complications and negative consequences. Among a large number of drugs aimed at combating these pathogens, a decent place is occupied by funds made on the basis of chanterelle mushrooms. More details about the methods of preparing drugs from them - in this article.
Mushroom composition
Chanterelles, in addition to having anthelmintic properties, are very tasty and healthy due to the presence of a large number of vitamins, micro and macro elements.
The chemical composition of these mushrooms (per 100 g of product):
- water: 89 g;
- dietary fiber: 7 g;
- vitamins: A, B, C, E, D, PP;
- micro and macro elements: phosphorus, potassium, cobalt, manganese, copper, chromium, selenium, etc.
Nutrition value (in the same portion):
- calorie content: 19 kcal;
- proteins: 1.5 g;
- fats: 1.1 g;
- carbohydrates: 1 g.
Chanterelles contain the natural antibiotic D-mannose (hinomannose), which has a detrimental effect on helminths and their eggs. This substance penetrates the parasite, resulting in paralysis of the nervous system. Worms do not have the ability to breathe and die pretty quickly. Also, under its influence, the eggs of the worms break up, not having time to let the new generation of parasites develop.
Therefore, the risk of the repeated spread of pests in the human body from the inside, which is often found during anthelmintic therapy with other drugs, is eliminated. But D-mannose has one drawback - it is completely destroyed by salt and at temperatures above + 50 ° C.
Important! The natural antibiotic contained in the fungi does not in any way interfere with the human body. It exclusively destroys the helminthiasis in the body.
